We offer many quality services. From carpets to upholstery, residential to corporate

Carpet Cleaning

Our method is most highly recommended by carpet manufacturers for cleaning today’s carpets; Truck mounted hot water extraction cleaning method, also referred to as “steam cleaning”.  Steam Cleaning gives your carpets a deep down clean with carpets typically dry in 4 – 8 hours and are left damp to the touch.   Our machine is self-contained and we take waste water away from your property for proper disposal, not your front lawn. The technician that goes to your house will determine the proper cleaning procedure. All of the technicians that work for us are certified through the IICRC for Carpet cleaning before they are sent out into the field.

Carpet Repair

There are many different types of repairs that we do including seaming, seam repair, patches, transition strips, stretching, rips, tears, bleach spots, face yarn damage and burn spot removal. Our technicians are IICRC certified in carpet repair.

Water Damage

We are a 24 hr emergency water damage company. After hours emergency number is (360) 815-1113.

Our technicians are certified through IICRC with formal training and years of experience to remove excess water efficiently, to promote efficient evaporation and to establish the dehumidification conditions necessary to stop ongoing damage. Moreover, they can document the return of your property and contents to normal conditions to ensure that future problems will not be experienced. With over 250 pieces of equipment, 8 trucks, and serving 6 counties, we are the largest single water damage company north of Seattle. Our motto at Professional Carpet cleaners is “The Water Damage Specialists” and we pride ourselves in knowing that there is not a job too large or too small for us to handle.

Upholstery Cleaning

Our technicians are certified through IICRC for Upholstery cleaning. We can clean any type of upholstery from the biggest wrap around couches to dining room chairs, leather or fabric. We offer wet and dry cleaning options to match your fabric. Regular cleaning of fabric and leather furnishings by a trained certified professional can help restore your furniture’s appearance, extend its life, and keep it looking like new. Moreover, certified professionals can offer simple suggestions to maintain a clean and healthy home or business environment overall.

Hard Surface Cleaning

Cleaning of ceramic tile, natural stone and concrete is very similar to the method of carpet cleaning but designed for hard surfaces.  It is a constant pressure of hot water designed to clean well into the pores of the material that typical cleaning cannot achieve. Different types of floors require different treatment and some may need to have a sealer applied after cleaning. This method leaves the floor slightly damp and will air dry in less than one hour with no residue left behind.

Area Rugs

Our technicians are trained to recognize different fibers, constructions and types of rugs, along with their potential problems. They are able to respond with custom cleaning techniques and procedures that minimize problems on area rugs before they arise, while returning them to the clean, sanitary state that our customers expect. We prefer to have area rugs cleaned in our shop so we can more closely monitor cleaning and drying the rugs. Pickup and delivery is available.

Odor Control

There are two types of odors, Good and Bad. Our technicians are Clean Trust certified in odor control, and will set up a plan to resolve your specific issue. There are many different ways to combat individual odors, whether it be urine that we have to control with a bio enzyme, smoke that we have to control with hot fog, or organic odors using an ozone machine.  We have the right tools to handle any odors that may arise.

Mold becomes a problem inside a home or business when there is excessive humidity or moisture for an extended period of time. The problem can originate from sudden water releases, like a burst pipe or large spill that goes untreated, or from a chronic condition such as a leaking roof or plumbing. Even high humidity or warm, moist air condensing on cool surfaces can trigger mold problems. It’s always best to have the mold evaluated and removed by a certified professional.  Our IICRC certified mold remediation technicians have the training and experience to:

  • identify moisture sources,
  • evaluate mold growth,
  • contain damage to the smallest area possible,
  • physically remove contamination,
  • dry materials to ensure that mold will not return,
  • and to perform or recommend procedures for returning property to a pre-loss condition

Sewer Damage

Sewer damages are real concerns when dealing with harmful bacteria and pathogens.  Sewer damages are considered a category three water loss, meaning most materials have to be disposed of or thoroughly cleaned using an antimicrobial and/or a biocide. Examples of sewer damage are a septic tank that backed up and flood waters. Sewer damage is considered the highest form of water damage, requiring specialized techniques and much more removal of porous materials.

Vehicle Interior Cleaning

We do vehicle cleaning, either on location or at our shop. To clean a vehicle’s interior correctly can be a time consuming process due to the small spaces, contours, specialized tools, and the type of material in the vehicle. For these reasons we prefer to clean car interiors at our shop; it also helps us control the drying process.

Equipment Rental

All equipment is pre-inspected before we rent it to customers. We will beat any other rental company’s rental price.
